Marco Chabbi APFS
Chartered Financial Planner
Independent Financial Adviser
In September 2012 I entered the world of financial services, after the completion of my master’s degree in economics at Glasgow University, joining Advanta Wealth in their Glasgow office before relocating to the London office a year later to work with our London team.
I immediately started my professional qualifications and obtained my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. After I obtained competent adviser status I moved into a hybrid role, providing technical advice and assisting corporate clients with their company pension and benefit schemes, and subsequently assisting Directors with their own personal wealth planning requirements.
During this time, I worked with several advisers including closely working with the CEO of the company in a technical capacity.
I then moved into a role that allowed me to spend more quality face to face time with my clients and expand my advice offering. My main area of specialism is pension and retirement planning; however, I offer a holistic service to all of my clients including advice on investments, protection, estate planning, long term care planning and corporate solutions.
I have achieved Chartered Financial Planner status and also have the relevant qualifications in discretionary investment management, mortgages, equity release and long-term care.
At Advanta, our primary focus has always been to build strong ongoing relationships with our clients and business partners, ensuring they are confident in the services we provide
Consistently delivering high levels of service has led to our business to being fundamentally built from client and business partners’ recommendations and referrals.
